La región de Dalarna lanza un plan contra el elevado absentismo laboral

La región de Dalarna registra el absentismo laboral más alto de Suecia. Por ello, la mayoría política y los sindicatos han desarrollado un plan de acción conjunto para mejorar el entorno laboral.

La región de Dalarna tiene la tasa de absentismo laboral más alta del país, con un 7,5 por ciento. El objetivo es reducir este nivel a poco más del 6,2 por ciento para 2029.

El plan incluye formación obligatoria para los directivos sobre cuestiones relacionadas con el entorno laboral. La región también destinará diez millones de coronas a servicios de salud laboral y cinco millones de coronas a una partida de bienestar (trivselpeng) que los departamentos pueden solicitar.

– Si no nos centramos en el entorno laboral, la región no será un empleador atractivo, afirma Marion Vaeggemose, presidenta de Vårdförbundet en Dalarna.

El plan de acción fue desarrollado por Samling för Dalarna junto con los sindicatos Kommunal, Vårdförbundet, Läkarförbundet y Vision.
