Madres buscadoras marchan en Ciudad de México por el 10 de mayo

Cientos de madres que buscan a sus hijos desaparecidos marcharon este domingo en la Ciudad de México para exigir justicia y denunciar la falta de atención gubernamental ante una crisis que suma 134 mil personas desaparecidas.

El contingente partió cerca de las 10:00 horas desde el Monumento a la Madre hacia el Ángel de la Independencia. Participantes compartieron testimonios sobre la desaparición de sus familiares y el crecimiento anual del número de madres que se unen a la protesta.

Josefina Morales Rocha, cuya hija desapareció en 2013, señaló que el 10 de mayo representa un día gris sin motivos para celebrar. Alicia Trejo, madre de un joven desaparecido en 2012, expresó que cada año hay más participantes, lo que refleja el aumento de casos, aunque algunas mujeres temen unirse por falta de denuncias o presiones familiares.

Graciela Pérez Rodríguez, fundadora de un colectivo en Tamaulipas, destacó que la marcha busca visibilizar familias incompletas. Socorro Gil reprochó a la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum el abandono hacia las buscadoras y cuestionó su compromiso con el tiempo de las mujeres.
