Tanskalaisen Havmanden-laivan hylky Göteborgin pohjoisessa saaristossa tutkitaan uudelleen. Meriarkeologit toivovat saavansa uutta tietoa aluksen rakenteesta ja löytävänsä henkilökohtaisia esineitä.

Fregatti Havmanden oli matkalla Saint Thomasin saarelle vuonna 1683 mukanaan vankeja. Kapinalliset kaappasivat aluksen Azorien läheisyydessä, ja laiva upposi myöhemmin Göteborgin pohjoiseen saaristoon. Meriarkeologit aikovat tutkia hylyn saadakseen lisää tietoa sen rakenteesta ja turvatakseen sen tulevaisuutta varten. Työ tehdään yhteistyössä Bohusläns museum -museon kanssa.
