Holeta military academy graduates 71st round of cadet officers

The Ethiopian military academy at Holeta is graduating its 71st round of cadet officers at the academy premises.

The graduation ceremony took place at the Holeta academy grounds with senior officials in attendance. These included Chief of Staff Field Marshal Birhanu Jula, Defense Education and Training head General Yimer Mekonnen, and academy commander Brigadier General Getachew Habtamu, along with honorary generals and military attaches from various countries.

Top-performing cadets received their rank insignia in a ceremony led by Field Marshal Birhanu Jula. Brigadier General Getachew Habtamu stated that the training builds comprehensive leadership strength and equips cadets with the knowledge and skills to fulfill any army mission.

In addition to Ethiopian defense force members, African cadets from various countries also completed their training and graduated, according to ENA.
