97 interpellations lors de rassemblements illégaux liés au Comité du 9 Mai à Paris

Malgré l’interdiction confirmée par le Conseil d’État, 97 militants d’ultragauche et d’ultradroite ont été interpellés samedi à Paris en marge de rassemblements non autorisés.

Les forces de l’ordre ont procédé à 97 interpellations dans plusieurs quartiers de la capitale, dont 46 gardes à vue. Les personnes concernées sont accusées de participation à un groupement en vue de commettre des violences, de violences volontaires en réunion et de port d’armes prohibées telles que couteaux et matraques.

La préfecture de police a également verbalisé 182 personnes pour non-respect de l’arrêté d’interdiction. Elle a invoqué le risque de troubles à l’ordre public, rappelant la mort d’un militant à Lyon en février et des saluts nazis observés lors d’événements précédents.

Le Comité du 9 Mai et sa contre-manifestation antifasciste étaient tous deux interdits. Un porte-parole du groupe, Raphaël Ayma, a critiqué la décision devant le ministère de la Justice, estimant qu’elle portait atteinte à la liberté de manifester.
