97 arresti durante i raduni illegali legati al Comité du 9 Mai a Parigi

Nonostante il divieto confermato dal Conseil d'État, 97 militanti di estrema sinistra e di estrema destra sono stati arrestati sabato a Parigi durante raduni non autorizzati.

La polizia ha effettuato 97 arresti in diversi quartieri della capitale, tra cui 46 persone trattenute in custodia cautelare. I fermati devono rispondere delle accuse di partecipazione a un gruppo finalizzato a commettere violenze, violenza di gruppo e porto di armi proibite come coltelli e manganelli.

La prefettura di polizia di Parigi ha inoltre multato 182 persone per aver violato l'ordinanza di divieto. Ha citato i rischi per l'ordine pubblico, facendo riferimento alla morte di un militante a Lione a febbraio e ai saluti nazisti osservati in occasione di eventi precedenti.

Sia la manifestazione del Comité du 9 Mai che la controprotesta antifascista erano state vietate. Un portavoce del gruppo, Raphaël Ayma, ha criticato la decisione davanti al Ministero della Giustizia, sostenendo che essa comprometta il diritto di manifestare.
