Une cour d'appel confirme le bracelet électronique pour Cristina Kirchner

La Chambre fédérale de cassation pénale a confirmé à la majorité que Cristina Kirchner doit continuer à porter un bracelet électronique et être soumise à un contrôle des visites pendant son assignation à résidence.

Les juges Gustavo Hornos et Diego G. Barroetaveña ont rejeté le recours de la défense. Ils ont jugé ces mesures raisonnables pour garantir le respect de la peine.

Le juge Mariano Borinsky a exprimé une opinion divergente. Il a proposé d'accepter le recours, de supprimer le bracelet électronique et les restrictions de visites, en ne conservant que l'obligation de ne pas troubler le voisinage.

La décision majoritaire maintient le régime établi par le Tribunal oral fédéral n° 2. Celui-ci inclut l'autorisation préalable pour les visites et la surveillance électronique.
