La Contraloría avertit d'un manque de ressources pour les politiques de genre

La Contraloría générale de Colombie a identifié un non-respect de l'allocation des ressources pour les politiques de soins en milieu rural intégrant une perspective de genre entre 2016 et 2025.

L'entité a passé en revue le plan d'action Conpes 4143 et a constaté que le ministère de l'Agriculture a déclaré 11,719 millions de pesos sans répartition claire pour les activités de soins en zone rurale. Seulement 50 % des institutions du secteur agricole allouent un budget spécifique au Programme national de soins. La Contraloría a noté que cette situation limite l'impact des mesures. L'entité de contrôle a demandé à l'Agence de développement rural et à l'Agence nationale foncière d'allouer des ressources spécifiques et a mis en garde contre les risques liés aux ajustements budgétaires et à la possible disparition du ministère de l'Égalité.
