Rechnungshof warnt vor unzureichenden Mitteln für Strategien zur Gleichstellung

Der kolumbianische Rechnungshof stellte für den Zeitraum zwischen 2016 und 2025 eine mangelhafte Mittelzuweisung für ländliche Betreuungsprogramme mit Gleichstellungsaspekten fest.

Die Behörde überprüfte den Aktionsplan Conpes 4143 und stellte fest, dass das Landwirtschaftsministerium 11,719 Millionen Dollar ohne klare Aufschlüsselung für ländliche Betreuungsaktivitäten auswies. Nur 50 % der Institutionen des Agrarsektors stellen ein spezifisches Budget für das Nationale Betreuungsprogramm bereit. Der Rechnungshof merkte an, dass diese Situation die Wirkung der Maßnahmen einschränkt. Die Kontrollinstanz forderte die Agentur für ländliche Entwicklung und die Nationale Bodenagentur auf, spezifische Ressourcen zuzuweisen, und warnte vor Risiken durch Haushaltsanpassungen sowie das mögliche Verschwinden des Gleichstellungsministeriums.
