L'Égypte prépare la deuxième phase du programme-pays de l'OCDE

Le ministre de la Planification, Ahmed Rostom, a participé à une réunion du comité de l'OCDE pour discuter de la coopération de l'Égypte avec l'organisation. Il a souligné la nature durable du partenariat et a révélé les plans concernant la deuxième phase du programme-pays.

Le ministre de la Planification, Ahmed Rostom, a participé à une réunion du Comité des relations extérieures de l'OCDE afin d'examiner la coopération entre l'Égypte et l'organisation. Il a décrit ce partenariat comme étant stratégique et de longue date, rappelant les étapes franchies depuis 2005 et le programme de réforme économique de l'Égypte en 2016.

La première phase du programme-pays s'est achevée par une conférence de clôture au Caire le 4 mai, en présence du Premier ministre Mostafa Madbouly. Dix rapports stratégiques ont été publiés, couvrant l'innovation, l'investissement, la croissance verte et d'autres priorités.

L'Égypte mène désormais des consultations sur la deuxième phase, qui visera des réformes plus approfondies en matière de compétitivité, de gouvernance et de développement du secteur privé. Le pays assure également la coprésidence d'initiatives régionales de l'OCDE jusqu'en 2030.
