Eva Orúe limogée de son poste de directrice de la Foire du livre de Madrid

La journaliste Eva Orúe a été démise de ses fonctions de directrice de la Foire du livre de Madrid ce lundi. L'Association des libraires de Madrid a communiqué ce renvoi de manière unilatérale. Orúe occupait ce poste depuis les cinq dernières éditions.

La décision a été prise lundi matin. Orúe a déclaré ne pas partager les raisons invoquées, tout en reconnaissant l'autorité de l'association pour mettre fin au contrat. Le président de l'association, Luis M. Tigeras, a indiqué qu'ils travaillaient déjà à une nouvelle étape. Il a souligné les avancées réalisées en matière de durabilité et de programmation culturelle durant le mandat d'Orúe. Pablo Bonet assurera l'intérim à la direction jusqu'à ce qu'un nouveau responsable soit nommé. L'association prévoit de rencontrer les libraires afin de définir l'avenir de la foire.
