La NHB enquête sur Aavas Financiers pour des manquements dans la classification des prêts

La National Housing Bank a ouvert une enquête sur Aavas Financiers concernant des problèmes liés à la classification des prêts. Le régulateur a réclamé le remboursement d'un soutien au refinancement de près de 500 crores de roupies, ce qui a entraîné un remaniement de la direction de l'entreprise.

L'intervention du régulateur sectoriel a conduit à des changements significatifs au sein de la société de financement immobilier. Des rapports ont indiqué que le directeur général et PDG Sachinder Bhinder a été invité à quitter ses fonctions, Manu Singh, ancien responsable des prêts immobiliers chez Kotak Mahindra Bank, étant pressenti pour lui succéder.

Le 20 avril, l'entreprise a confirmé la démission de Bhinder et la nomination de Singh au poste de nouveau PDG.
