Nida Khan arrêtée dans l'affaire de conversion forcée au sein de TCS à Nashik

La police de la ville de Nashik a arrêté Nida Khan jeudi dans le secteur de Naregaon à Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. Le commissaire de police Sandeep Karnik a confirmé l'arrestation. Elle sera transférée à Nashik et présentée devant un tribunal ce vendredi. Nida Khan est accusée d'avoir fourni à la victime une burqa, des livres religieux et d'avoir installé des applications islamiques sur son téléphone. Le tribunal a noté qu'il semblait s'agir d'un complot organisé visant à envoyer la victime en Malaisie. Neuf plaintes ont été enregistrées dans cette affaire et sept autres suspects ont déjà été arrêtés. Quatre accusés principaux ont été placés en détention provisoire jusqu'au 18 mai. TCS a déclaré maintenir une politique de tolérance zéro en matière de harcèlement.
