Il a noté que les pays dépendant des importations de carburant font face à des défis pour sécuriser les approvisionnements en raison du conflit au Moyen-Orient. Jusqu'à ce que le système d'approvisionnement régulier en carburant soit restauré, il a conseillé de prioriser le carburant pour les besoins de base.
