La State Bank of India vise une marge nette d'intérêt supérieure à 3 pour cent

La State Bank of India prévoit de maintenir ses marges nettes d'intérêt au-dessus de 3 pour cent au cours du prochain exercice fiscal grâce à la réévaluation des dépôts et à une croissance plus rapide des prêts aux particuliers et aux PME.

L'établissement financier s'attend à ce que la baisse des coûts de financement soutienne cet objectif, même si le ralentissement de la croissance des dépôts à vue et des comptes d'épargne pourrait contraindre à un recours accru aux dépôts à terme, plus coûteux. Les responsables de la banque ont déclaré qu'ils accéléreraient les prêts aux particuliers et aux PME afin d'augmenter les rendements et de générer des commissions supplémentaires susceptibles de compenser les pressions sur les marges.
