Début de la transition de trois lignes de la CPTM vers Trivia Trens

La phase de transition des lignes 11-Coral, 12-Safira et 13-Jade de la CPTM, incluant l'Expresso Aeroporto, vers Trivia Trens a débuté jeudi à São Paulo. Le concessionnaire n'assumera le contrôle total qu'en juillet 2027, après une année de supervision.

La transition a débuté le 21 mai 2026, lorsque le personnel de Trivia Trens a entamé un contact direct avec les opérations quotidiennes. Le contrôle demeure entre les mains de la CPTM, l'entreprise publique sous la tutelle du gouverneur Tarcísio de Freitas, jusqu'au 21 juillet, date à laquelle débutera l'exploitation assistée. Les trois lignes ont transporté près de 20 millions de passagers en mars. Plus de 700 heures de formation ont été réalisées pour préparer l'équipe du concessionnaire, selon Paulo Ferreira, directeur des opérations et de la maintenance chez Trivia Trens. Trivia Trens est contrôlée par Comporte Participações, une holding créée par Nenê Constantino, membre de la famille fondatrice de la compagnie aérienne Gol. Sur la durée de la concession de 25 ans, 14,3 milliards de reais d'investissements sont prévus pour l'amélioration des infrastructures et la modernisation.
