Kemkomdigi ungkap modus baru penipuan dokumen digital

Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) melaporkan bahwa kasus penipuan dokumen digital paling sering terjadi melalui modus pembukaan lowongan pekerjaan palsu. Pelaku menggunakan file PDF dan gambar yang menyerupai dokumen resmi untuk menipu korban membayar biaya perjalanan. Pejabat menekankan pentingnya verifikasi dokumen untuk menghindari penipuan.

Jakarta, VIVA - Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) mengungkap modus penipuan digital terbaru yang menargetkan pencari kerja. Menurut Direktur Pengawasan Sertifikasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Kemkomdigi, Teguh Arifiyadi, pelaku menyebarkan dokumen palsu dalam format PDF, gambar, atau infografis yang dibuat mirip dokumen resmi perusahaan.

Modus ini biasanya dimulai ketika korban menemukan informasi lowongan di media sosial. Setelah dinyatakan lolos, pelamar diarahkan untuk mengikuti pelatihan atau pergi ke luar kota. Pelaku kemudian meminta uang untuk tiket perjalanan dengan janji penggantian dari perusahaan.

"Mereka (korban) udah transfer Rp4 juta, Rp5 juta, ternyata tiketnya dikasih PDF juga, bentuknya PDF. Ternyata tiketnya itu tidak terverifikasi juga," ungkap Teguh di Jakarta, Kamis, 12 Februari 2026.

Untuk mencegah kasus serupa, Teguh menyarankan verifikasi dokumen sebelum bertindak, terutama tawaran pekerjaan di media sosial. "Pastikan bahwa para pengguna, terutama sosial media, paham bahwa sebetulnya ada cara untuk melakukan pengujian (keaslian dokumen). Jadi, memverifikasi itu bagian penting. Kita tahun ini memperbanyak cek verifikasi dokumennya supaya tidak ada (kejadian) lagi," jelasnya.

Kemkomdigi menyediakan tiga kanal pelaporan: layanan verifikasi dokumen digital, pelaporan rekening bank melalui cekrekening.id, dan pelaporan nomor seluler mencurigakan via aduannomor.id. Jika terindikasi penipuan, nomor rekening dan seluler akan diblokir. "Jadi ada tiga mekanisme tadi. Dokumennya dicek, rekeningnya dilaporkan, nomor selulernya dilaporkan," tegas Teguh.
