NSE dan Nuvama ajukan gugatan atas salah transfer saham

NSE dan Nuvama Wealth Finance mengajukan gugatan perdata di Pengadilan Tinggi Delhi pada Mei 2025 terkait kesalahan transfer 5.000 lembar saham NSE ke rekening demat milik seorang individu.

Saham tersebut ditransfer ke rekening Kashmiri Lal Rana pada 28 Desember 2023 tanpa adanya permintaan pembelian atau pembayaran, menurut berkas gugatan.

Gugatan tersebut mencantumkan NSDL sebagai tergugat dan menyatakan bahwa transfer tersebut terjadi meskipun tidak ada kompensasi yang setara.

Rincian ini muncul dalam draf prospektus penawaran umum perdana (IPO) NSE.
