NSE och Nuvama stämmer efter felaktig aktieöverföring

NSE och Nuvama Wealth Finance lämnade i maj 2025 in en civilrättslig stämningsansökan till Delhi High Court gällande den felaktiga överföringen av 5 000 NSE-aktier till en privatpersons demat-konto.

Aktierna överfördes till Kashmiri Lal Ranas konto den 28 december 2023, utan någon köpbegäran eller betalning, enligt stämningsansökan.

Stämningsansökan har NSDL som svarande och gör gällande att överföringen skedde trots frånvaron av en motsvarande motprestation.

Detaljerna framkom i utkastet till prospektet för NSE:s börsintroduktion.
