NSE e Nuvama abrem processo por transferência equivocada de ações

A NSE e a Nuvama Wealth Finance entraram com uma ação civil no Tribunal Superior de Délhi em maio de 2025 devido à transferência errônea de 5.000 ações da NSE para a conta de custódia (demat) de um indivíduo.

As ações foram transferidas para a conta de Kashmiri Lal Rana em 28 de dezembro de 2023, sem qualquer solicitação de compra ou pagamento, de acordo com o processo.

A ação aponta a NSDL como ré e alega que a transferência ocorreu apesar da ausência de contraprestação correspondente.

Os detalhes surgiram no rascunho do prospecto preliminar para a oferta pública inicial (IPO) da NSE.
