La NSE et Nuvama intentent un procès après un transfert d'actions erroné

La NSE et Nuvama Wealth Finance ont déposé une plainte au civil devant la Haute Cour de Delhi en mai 2025 concernant le transfert erroné de 5 000 actions de la NSE vers le compte titres d'un particulier.

Selon le dossier, les actions ont été transférées sur le compte de Kashmiri Lal Rana le 28 décembre 2023, sans demande d'achat ni paiement.

La plainte désigne la NSDL comme défenderesse et allègue que le transfert a eu lieu en l'absence de toute contrepartie correspondante.

Ces détails ont été révélés dans l'avant-projet de prospectus d'introduction en bourse de la NSE.
