Esteban Ocon ha smentito con fermezza le notizie secondo cui potrebbe lasciare il team di Formula 1 Haas prima del previsto dopo il Gran Premio di Miami. Il pilota francese ha dichiarato che le voci su un presunto dissidio con il team principal Ayao Komatsu sono state inventate.

Ocon ha affrontato le indiscrezioni durante il fine settimana del Gran Premio del Canada. Ha spiegato di conoscere Komatsu dal 2014 e di mantenere un ottimo rapporto con il team principal.
