La Corte Suprema convalida l'espansione della corte di Santa Cruz

La Corte Suprema argentina ha dichiarato valida la legge che espande il tribunale superiore di Santa Cruz a nove membri. La sentenza sostiene le nomine promosse dal governatore Claudio Vidal.

La Corte Suprema argentina, con i voti di Horacio Rosatti, Carlos Rosenkrantz e Ricardo Lorenzetti, ha ordinato al tribunale superiore di Santa Cruz di integrarsi immediatamente con nove giudici. Il provvedimento segue l'approvazione della legge 3949 da parte della legislatura provinciale lo scorso agosto.

Il governatore Claudio Vidal aveva inviato quattro liste di candidati che hanno portato alle nomine di Sergio Acevedo, José Antonio González Nora, Juan Lucio Ramón de la Vega e Gabriel Nolasco Contreras Agüero. Tali magistrati avevano già assunto le proprie funzioni dopo aver prestato giuramento davanti a Daniel Mariani.

Quattro precedenti giudici provinciali avevano annullato i nuovi incarichi a seguito di un'azione legale intentata dall'Associazione sindacale dei dipendenti giudiziari. La Corte Suprema ha accolto il ricorso dei nominati e ha ripristinato la piena validità della legge.
