Corte suprema valida ampliación del tribunal de santa cruz

La Corte Suprema de Justicia declaró válida la ley que amplía a nueve miembros el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Santa Cruz. La decisión respalda los nombramientos impulsados por el gobernador Claudio Vidal.

La Corte Suprema de Justicia, con los votos de Horacio Rosatti, Carlos Rosenkrantz y Ricardo Lorenzetti, ordenó que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Santa Cruz se integre de inmediato con nueve jueces. La medida sigue a la aprobación de la ley 3949 por la Legislatura provincial en agosto pasado.

El gobernador Claudio Vidal había enviado cuatro ternas que resultaron en los nombramientos de Sergio Acevedo, José Antonio González Nora, Juan Lucio Ramón de la Vega y Gabriel Nolasco Contreras Agüero. Estos magistrados ya habían asumido funciones tras prestar juramento ante Daniel Mariani.

Cuatro jueces provinciales anteriores habían declarado nulos los nuevos cargos tras una acción presentada por la Asociación Gremial de Empleados Judiciales. La Corte Suprema aceptó el recurso de los designados y restableció la plena vigencia de la norma.
