La jueza Servini intervino el PJ de Salta

La jueza federal María Servini dispuso la intervención judicial del Partido Justicialista en Salta. Removió a los interventores designados por la conducción nacional y nombró a José Luis Napoleón Gambetta en su lugar.

La magistrada dictó la medida en las últimas horas del viernes. Apartó a Pablo Kosiner y Nora Canunni, quienes habían reemplazado a anteriores interventores designados por la conducción nacional del peronismo. En su lugar designó a José Luis Napoleón Gambetta.

La decisión se adoptó a pocos días del Congreso Nacional del PJ previsto para el 19 de mayo. Ese encuentro debía ratificar el cronograma de normalización que incluye elecciones internas en Salta y Jujuy el 25 de octubre.

El gobernador Gustavo Sáenz obtuvo un respaldo en su disputa con Cristina Kirchner por el control de las estructuras provinciales. Kosiner rechazó el fallo y sostuvo que vulnera la autonomía partidaria y desconoce decisiones soberanas de los órganos internos.
