ハンファグループは、2040年までに航空宇宙および人工知能（AI）分野へ合計55兆ウォンを投資する計画を発表した。この投資は、打ち上げロケットや衛星、AIデータセンターの開発を目的としている。
ハンファグループのキム・ドンクァン副会長は、7月3日に晋州（チンジュ）で行われた説明会で、このロードマップの概要を明らかにした。この計画は、AIおよびハイテク産業への大規模な投資を誘致する政府のプロジェクトの一環である。
ハンファエアロスペースは、宇宙打ち上げロケットや組み立て施設、試験インフラに約23兆ウォンを割り当てる。また、超低軌道SAR衛星、宇宙AIデータセンター、低軌道衛星通信ネットワークにも20兆ウォンが投じられる予定である。
ハンファシステムは2031年までに64基のSAR衛星を打ち上げ、運用する計画である。昌原（チャンウォン）に設置される防衛用AIデータセンターは今年中に稼働を開始する予定で、45メガワットから開始し、2032年までに135メガワットへ拡張される。
