非製造業指数は、建設業や旅行業の低迷が響き、2.1ポイント下落して95.4となった。7月の見通しは2.4ポイント低下の95.2だった。
経済心理指数（ESI）は0.7ポイント下落の96.8となった。調査は3,184社を対象に実施された。
