승인에 따라 채권 회수 조치는 3개월간 중단된다. 회사는 회계법인의 실사를 바탕으로 사업 정상화 계획을 수립할 예정이다.
자구책으로는 대대적인 비용 절감과 자산 매각, 지배주주 지분 매각 등이 포함된다. 중앙홀딩스는 중앙일보 지분 64.7%를 보유하고 있다.
