Wicomico sjakkturneringer returnerer til Salisbury 20.–21. februar

Wicomico Recreation & Parks arrangerer ungdoms- og voksenturneringer i sjakk på Wicomico Civic Center i Salisbury 20. og 21. februar. Arrangementene tilbyr garanterte kamper for deltakerne og premier til de beste.

Avdelingen Wicomico Recreation & Parks har annonsert returen av sine voksen- og ungdomssjakkturneringer, planlagt til 20. og 21. februar på Wicomico Civic Center på 500 Glen Ave. i Salisbury. Disse konkurransene tar sikte på å samle spillere i ulike aldre i et strukturert miljø.  nnUngdomsturneringen, rettet mot spillere fra 5 til 18 år, starter 20. februar kl. 17.30. Deltakere får garantert minst fire kamper, med registreringsavgift på $10 på forhånd eller $15 på arrangementsdagen. Dagen etter, 21. februar, starter voksenturneringen kl. 08.30 for de over 18 år. Voksne kan registrere seg for $20 på forhånd eller $25 ved døren, med garanti for tre kamper per deltaker.  nnBegge arrangementene finner sted i Midway- og Da Nang-rommene i senteret.
