Instituto Nacional suspende aulas devido a ameaça de tiroteio ligada a alunos expulsos

O Instituto Nacional cancelou as aulas na sexta-feira, 12 de junho, após receber ameaças de tiroteio atribuídas a alunos recentemente expulsos.

A administração da escola anunciou a suspensão das aulas nos períodos da manhã e da tarde na sexta-feira em um comunicado enviado na noite de quinta-feira. O aviso citou graves ameaças recebidas por vídeo, que incluíam mensagens como "Tiroteo mañana" e "Va a correr sangre mañana".

Acredita-se que as ameaças venham de ex-alunos que buscam vingança por sua recente expulsão. O Servicio Local de Educación Pública Santiago Centro, que supervisiona a escola desde janeiro, iniciou os procedimentos para registrar uma queixa formal.

Paulina Retamales, diretora executiva do SLEP, afirmou que os protocolos de segurança foram ativados e que há uma coordenação em andamento com os Carabineros, o Ministério Público e o Ministério da Educação. A previsão é que as aulas sejam retomadas na segunda-feira sob proteção policial especial.
