Inquérito investiga ocupação da reitoria da USP

A Polícia Civil de São Paulo abriu um inquérito para apurar a invasão da reitoria da Universidade de São Paulo por estudantes grevistas. A ação durou três dias na semana passada e terminou com operação da Polícia Militar.

A Secretaria da Segurança Pública classificou o caso como dano ao patrimônio público, crime previsto no artigo 163 do Código Penal. Itens pessoais apreendidos, como notebooks e celulares, foram encaminhados para perícia. A pasta informou que pedirá quebra de sigilo telefônico para identificar autores de eventuais crimes.

A USP afirmou que não foi informada previamente sobre a operação e lamentou a violência. Estudantes relataram ao menos cinco feridos, enquanto a SSP nega lesões e diz apurar excessos. O governador Tarcísio de Freitas apoiou a ação policial.
