USO inicia mobilizações em meio às negociações de contrato com a Ecopetrol

A Unión Sindical Obrera anunciou jornadas de mobilização a partir de 20 de maio para apoiar as negociações de um novo acordo coletivo com a Ecopetrol. As ações visam defender o emprego digno e a estabilidade laboral.

A USO, liderada por Martín Ravelo, convocou suas subdiretivas a realizar concentrações informativas, protestos, assembleias permanentes e operações tartaruga. Essas medidas respondem ao processo de negociação que abrange trabalhadores diretos e contratados.

O sindicato observou que os custos trabalhistas representam cerca de 5% das despesas operacionais totais da Ecopetrol. Declarou que a folha de pagamento não excede a estrutura de custos da empresa e solicitou que as conversas prossigam com uma perspectiva de progressividade de direitos.

Os pontos principais incluem a defesa do emprego digno, garantias convencionais e a proteção dos ativos públicos e da soberania energética. A Ecopetrol reportou 2,8 trilhões de pesos em lucros no primeiro trimestre de 2026.
