EvieB annonserar retro soul-singeln 'Living in a standstill'

EvieB förklarar: „the song explores the feeling of being stuck in a rut, of questioning progress and direction in life. It speaks particularly to the uncertainty of pursuing a career in the creative industry, where the future can feel unpredictable and security hard to grasp. The track was inspired by conversations I’ve had with people across all ages and professions, which revealed just how universal this sense of unease and stagnation is.“  Inspelt med långvarig samarbetspartner och producent John Reynolds – som jobbat med Sinéad O’Connor, Peter Gabriel och U2 – för singeln en retro soul-känsla till hennes sound. Denna release följer på hennes debutsingel 'Out of the Light' i mars 2024, 'Fading on Me' senare samma år, och 'Atlantic Way' 2025.
