Storbritannien bekräftar att AI-genererat innehåll omfattas av offentlighetsprincipen

Information Commissioner’s Office har utfärdat riktlinjer som slår fast att innehåll som genererats av artificiell intelligens hos brittiska myndigheter omfattas av lagstiftning om offentlighetsprincipen. Detta inkluderar både instruktioner som används av personalen och de resultat som skapas.

De nya reglerna innebär att myndigheter måste behandla förfrågningar om hur de använder verktyg som ChatGPT. Riktlinjerna från ICO klargör att information som skapats genom AI i tjänsten omfattas av Freedom of Information Act.
