Esto incluye tanto las instrucciones (prompts) utilizadas por el personal como los resultados obtenidos.

Las nuevas normas implican que los departamentos gubernamentales deben atender las solicitudes de información sobre cómo utilizan herramientas como ChatGPT. La guía de la ICO deja claro que la información creada mediante IA para fines oficiales está cubierta por la Ley de Libertad de Información.
