Le Royaume-Uni confirme que le contenu généré par IA est soumis aux règles d'accès à l'information

L'Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) a publié des directives stipulant que le contenu généré par l'intelligence artificielle au sein des organismes publics britanniques relève des lois sur la liberté d'information. Cela inclut les requêtes utilisées par le personnel ainsi que les résultats produits.

Ces nouvelles règles signifient que les ministères doivent répondre aux demandes concernant la manière dont ils utilisent des outils tels que ChatGPT. Les directives de l'ICO précisent que les informations créées par le biais de l'IA dans le cadre de tâches officielles sont couvertes par le Freedom of Information Act.
