PS Bitok anafafanua mpangaji wa Ksh95 kwa mwanafunzi kwa vitabu shuleni

Katibu Mkuu wa Kudumu wa Elimu Julius Bitok ametoa maelezo ya kina ya jinsi Ksh1,400 kwa mwanafunzi kwa mwaka hutumika katika shule za msingi za umma, akijibu kelele za umma kuhusu malipo ya Ksh95.25 kwa mwanafunzi. Amebainisha kuwa Ksh95.25 ni kwa nyenzo za kujifunza pekee.

Akaunti 2 inagharimu Ksh93.08 kwa mwanafunzi, ikijumuisha Ksh20 kwa mishahara ya wafanyikazi wasaidizi, Ksh23 kwa matengenezo na uboreshaji wa miundombinu, Ksh10 kwa shughuli za ziada, Ksh10 kwa uwezo na mikutano ya Bodi ya Usimamizi, na Ksh7 kwa mitihani na gharama zingine.
