Msanii wa Bongo Flava kutoka Tanzania, Sefu Shabani Ramadhan almaarufu kama Matonya, ameachiliwa kwa dhamana kutoka Gereza la Shimo la Tewa baada ya kukaa kizuizini kwa zaidi ya siku 20 kutokana na madai ya ubakaji. Aliachiliwa Jumanne jioni baada ya kutimiza masharti ya Mahakama ya Shanzu. Kesi inatarajiwa kutajwa tena Aprili 30.

Matonya alishtakiwa Aprili 9 na kosa la ubakaji kinyume na sheria baada ya madai ya kutenda kosa hilo Aprili 7 katika nyumba moja eneo la Nyali, Kaunti ya Mombasa. Pia anakabiliwa na shtaka mbadala la kitendo cha aibu kwa mtu mzima. Mahakama ilimpa dhamana ya Sh500,000 lakini ilimnyima chaguo la pesa taslimu kwa sababu si raia wa Kenya.

Kama sehemu ya masharti, alitakiwa kuwasilisha pasipoti yake na kupigwa marufuku kuondoka Kenya bila idhini ya mahakama. Mahakama iliagiza idara ya uhamiaji kuweka ilani ili kumzuia asitoke nje ya nchi.
