Macap has introduced the Supra 68 G and Supra 83 G grinders, which feature grind-by-weight technology to support faster and more consistent barista workflows. The models were developed to balance precision with speed in busy café environments.

The new grinders include advanced weighing systems and software that detect minor variations in portafilter weight. This allows accurate dosing without manual checks, even during high-volume service. Denis Girardi, Sales Director at Macap, noted that dosing speed and accuracy are both essential to avoid disrupting barista routines.
