香港双品牌喜来登酒店综合体进入招标程序

债权人正推动出售位于大屿山的双品牌喜来登酒店综合体,该物业由Savills独家代理进行正式招标。

Savills于2026年6月24日确认,正式招标将于8月31日截止。该物业位于东涌地铁站附近,靠近香港国际机场,由万豪集团运营。

这处2020年落成的物业建筑面积约61万平方英尺,曾由世茂集团持有。世茂集团在2024年底将要价降至约45亿港元后仍未能售出,随后物业被接管。

Savills大中华区首席执行官李全 Raymond Lee在周二现场参观时表示,此为罕有双品牌物业,之前已吸引多位资金雄厚的买家。目前正与数位买家进行实质讨论。接管人AlixPartners的任命将为出售过程带来明确与果断。

Savills表示,此次招标未设定底价。物业开发成本曾超过每平方英尺1万港元。
