“中国模式的优势在于规模，利用国家意志集中资源，系统解决基础设施、标准制定和风险分担等问题，”沈迎春说。
她表示，一旦基础设施到位，中国航天业有望在智慧城市和低空经济等领域实现“大跃进”。
