政府提议扩大电动汽车电池披露规则

首尔,3月22日(韩联社)——韩国国土交通部周日表示,消费者很快将能查看更多电动汽车(EV)电池细节,包括制造商和原产国信息。此次修订包含在《汽车管理法》实施细则等两部法律的拟议修正案中。目前消费者可获知的电池功能信息仅有容量和额定电压等六项。此次扩展增加了制造商、原产国、产品名称和制造日期,使披露项总数达到十项。对于未能披露必要信息的汽车制造商和销售商,罚款额度将提高至最高1000万韩元(约合6600美元)。此外,该部还制定了新标准,对两年内出现重复缺陷的产品撤销安全认证,具体措施根据严重程度和发生频率(两次至四次)分级执行。若因设计或制造缺陷导致不符合安全标准并引发火灾或损坏达两次,或虽符合技术标准但因安全隐患导致火灾或损坏达三次,相关产品的安全认证将被撤销。交通部预计,这些规则将保障消费者的知情权,并建立对电池的信心,从而促进电动汽车的购买。
