ከጠቅላላው ወጪ 71 በመቶ ለድህነት ቅነሳና ለዘላቂ ልማት ግቦች ሲሆን 29 በመቶ ደግሞ ለአስተዳደራዊ ወጪዎች ተደልድሏል። ልዩ ትኩረት ለመንገድ፣ ውሃ፣ መኖሪያ ቤትና ሌሎች የመሰረተ ልማት ፕሮጀክቶች እንዲሁም ለትምህርትና ጤና አገልግሎቶች ተሰጥቷል።
