سيُعقد الاجتماع في مركز مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة تحت عنوان "تعزيز العمل المشترك لتحقيق نتائج أفضل بعد إصلاحات الأمم المتحدة في ذكراها الثمانين: مراجعة منتصف العام". سيضم الاجتماع قيادات اللجنة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا ومديري البرامج والشركاء، حيث من المقرر أن يقيموا التقدم المحرز في أهداف خطة العمل السنوية للجنة لعام 2026. ستغطي المناقشات أربعة مجالات موضوعية: منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية، وسلاسل القيمة الإقليمية، والتكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي، والسياسة والتخطيط الاقتصادي الكلي. كما سيتم فحص قضايا حشد الموارد والتنفيذ.
