هيئة النقل والسلامة الوطنية تحدد عملية التحقق من السيارات المستوردة ضمن نظام السجلات الإلكترونية

طرحت هيئة النقل والسلامة الوطنية خطوات جديدة للتحقق من سجلات المركبات المستوردة قبل تسجيلها محلياً. وتتكامل هذه الإجراءات مع أنظمة "كينيا تريد نت" وهيئة الإيرادات الكينية تمهيداً لإطلاق السجل الإلكتروني.

حددت هيئة النقل والسلامة الوطنية إجراءات جديدة للتحقق من أن المركبات المستوردة تمتلك سجلات أصلية من بلد المنشأ. ويتعين على المستوردين تقديم الوثائق عبر أنظمة متكاملة مع منصة "كينيا تريد نت" ومنصة الجمارك التابعة لهيئة الإيرادات الكينية.

ستقوم الهيئة بالتحقق من السجلات الأجنبية مقابل مصادر معتمدة قبل إصدار سجل إلكتروني كيني، وأكدت الهيئة أن هذه العملية إلزامية ولا يمكن تجاوزها.

من المقرر إطلاق النظام الرقمي في 10 يونيو 2026، حيث سيتيح الوصول المجاني إلى السجلات عبر بوابة "إي سيتيزن" وإتمام عمليات نقل ملكية المركبات في يوم عمل واحد. وسوف يستخدم الموظفون رموز الاستجابة السريعة (QR codes) لإجراء عمليات فحص فورية أثناء التفتيش المروري.
