Deutsche Bahn har annonceret, at selskabet vil holde priserne på ICE-billetter stabile i tolv måneder fra den 1. maj. Det oplyste direktør Evelyn Palla til Bild am Sonntag. Det er andet år i træk uden den sædvanlige prisstigning på fjerntog i december.

Passagerer hos Deutsche Bahn slipper for prisstigninger på fjerntog de næste tolv måneder. "Fra den 1. maj holder vi priserne på ICE-billetter i ro i et år," udtalte direktør Evelyn Palla til Bild am Sonntag.

I de foregående år har selskabet jævnligt hævet priserne på fjerntog i forbindelse med køreplanændringen i midten af december, senest med en gennemsnitlig stigning på 5,9 procent for Flexpreise ved udgangen af 2024. Stigningen blev også sprunget over sidste år. For et halvt år siden annoncerede Palla et "restart": "Restart hos Deutsche Bahn betyder, at vi tager mere ansvar og sætter nye prioriteter.
