Overenskomstaftale indgået for offentlig transport i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Fagforeningen Verdi og den kommunale arbejdsgiverforening (KAV) er nået til enighed om en overenskomstaftale for 2.800 ansatte i den offentlige transport i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den femte forhandlingsrunde blev afsluttet med denne aftale, der indebærer reduceret ugentlig arbejdstid og lønstigninger frem til 2029.

Verdi og KAV meddelte tirsdag aften, at forhandlingerne for medarbejdere i den offentlige transport i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern er afsluttet med et positivt resultat. Aftalen løber frem til den 31. december 2029.

Den ugentlige arbejdstid nedsættes fra 39 til 38 timer. Lønnen stiger med 2,5 procent i 2028 og 2029, eller som minimum 100 euro. Den årlige bonus stiger næste år fra 85 procent til 92,5 procent. Medarbejderne modtager den inflationshjælp på 1.000 euro, som den sort-røde koalition har vedtaget, i august.

Verdi havde oprindeligt krævet en 35-timers arbejdsuge med fuld lønkompensation samt en årlig bonus på 100 procent. Landsdækkende strejker i slutningen af februar satte vægt bag kravene: Busser fra flere operatører kørte ikke, og sporvognene i Schwerin blev i remiserne.

Sascha Bähring, chefforhandler for Verdi-Nord, udtalte: «Vi har kæmpet hårdt for dette resultat. Det er godt og acceptabelt for begge parter.» Carola Freier, administrerende direktør for arbejdsgiverforeningen, bemærkede, at aftalen «går til den absolutte grænse for, hvad der er muligt for arbejdsgiverne», men at den giver planlægningssikkerhed gennem sin lange løbetid.
