Bøder for brug af håndholdt mobil under kørsel stiger i Jönköping län

Antallet af bøder for at holde en mobiltelefon under kørsel er fortsat med at stige i Jönköping län. Loven, der forbyder denne praksis, har været i kraft i otte år.

I Jönköping län er antallet af bøder for brug af håndholdt mobiltelefon under kørsel steget med omkring 50 procent over de seneste tre år. Tal fra Polismyndigheten Polisregion Öst viser 413 sager i 2023, 488 i 2024 og 625 i 2025.

Trafikpolitibetjent Jonas Karlsson har udstedt bøder ved flere lejligheder. Han mener, at loven er god, og at dens virkninger kan blive synlige over tid.

En undersøgelse fra SVT viste, at flere bilister brugte telefoner, end antallet der blev idømt bøder sidste år. Karlsson bemærker, at risiciene ved mobilbrug opvejer enhver fordel ved et opkald.
