SJ idømt bøde på 1,3 millioner kroner for defekte toiletter i nattog

SJ skal betale en bøde på 1,3 millioner kroner efter en beslutning truffet af Trafikverket. Bøden dækker mangler på nattog mellem Stockholm og Duved i årets første kvartal.

Trafikverket traf beslutningen om bøden på grund af adskillige mangler i servicen. Disse omfatter forsinkelser ved afgang og ankomst samt problemer med temperaturstyring og ventilation i vognene.

Den største del af bøden, en million kroner, vedrører 219 defekte toiletter og brusere. Den samlede bøde lyder på 1,3 millioner kroner.

SJ driver ruten på vegne af Trafikverket. Bøden modregnes i godtgørelsen for trafikafviklingen i juni. Virksomheden har tidligere modtaget lignende bøder for mangler på samme rute.
