Beans are sourced directly from farms in Colombia and Rwanda, with staff visiting sites for selection. Founder Yeo Qing He, 34, who won the 2018 Singapore Brewers Cup, launched the cafe to spotlight each origin's distinct traits via roasting and brewing.
